Dr. Gomillion shows students how the basics of science, technology and engineering can be applied to medical challenges. An assistant professor in the College of Engineering and a member of UGA’s Regenerative Bioscience Center, she works to engineer composite tissue replacements for complex tissue systems, primarily focusing on craniofacial and orthopedic applications.
